Product Overview
This track chain assembly is a replacement undercarriage part designed for D6H bulldozers, suitable for mining, construction, earthmoving, and quarrying applications. As a core component of the D6H bulldozer undercarriage, it transfers power, supports machine weight, ensures traction stability, and guides machine movement.
Manufactured from 40MnB/35MnB alloy steel (optional) through forging, quenching, and tempering processes. Surface hardness reaches HRC 52-58 with a hardened layer depth of 8-12mm, providing excellent resistance to heavy loads, impact, and abrasion. All components undergo precision machining to ensure proper fit and extended service life.
Compliant with D6H equipment specifications, featuring a pitch of 215.90mm (8.50"). The sealed and lubricated structure prevents impurity entry and reduces friction loss. Assembly is completed using hydraulic press fit technology to ensure component stability under heavy load conditions.
